03.Priority Partnership
ONE TIME MONTHLY FEE-Guaranteed availability for up to 10 residential transactions a month. The membership fee is $350 up front and non-refundable. Each transaction side up to 10 transactions is $290. Valid for 30 days. Non-Refundable.
04.Showing Partner
Show a home on your behalf within 25 miles of Big Rapids, MI. Each additional mile is $1.00 per mile one way.
05.Open House Concierge
Open house setup, refreshment pick-up (you provide), and teardown. One week's advance notice. Subject to availability.
06.Closing Representation
Represent your brand when you are unable to attend a closing.
07.Closing Gift Concierge
Assemble and deliver your closing gift with the items you provide. (Last-minute $25 additional fee/subject to availability)
08.Vacant House Check
Walkthrough of your vacant listing to ensure everything is as you want it. Photos and condition update provided
09.Final Walk-Through Assistance
Meet your buyers for the final walk-through and complete your checklist.
