CONTINUITY SERVICES
CONTINUITY SERVICE TRAVEL POLICY
All Continuity Services include travel within 25 miles of Big Rapids, Michigan.
Services requested beyond the included service area will incur a travel fee of $1.00 per additional mile (one-way) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Travel fees are calculated from Big Rapids, Michigan, to the service location.
Clients requesting multiple services in the same geographic area on the same day may be eligible for reduced travel charges.
Travel fees, if applicable, will be disclosed and approved before services are scheduled.
EMERGENCY TRAVEL
For services requested with less than 48 hours' notice, an additional 20% Emergency Service Fee may apply in addition to any applicable travel charges.
Acceptance of emergency requests is based on availability.
